What impressed us most with our recent experience with Toronto Custom Concepts was the amazing and detailed communication they provided. We completely renovated our master bathroom and they helped us with tile selection and design, organized their contractors with our schedules, suggested layouts for the bathroom and even measured our shampoo bottles to make sure they fit exactly the way we wanted them to in the new shower. The glass work was the best we have ever seen. Overall their communication is what sets them apart and the quality of the work is exceptionally high. We would use them again and have referred them to friends.

My basement experienced some water damage. Dave promptly came the next day, evaluated the damage, and began the demolition the day after. The work was performed efficiently and cleanly. As an aside, while Dave was evaluating the damage, he detected a dangerous gas leak in my furnace room, potentially saving my family from serious harm.
