I was very impressed by the service Michael provided for my home inspection! He was able to accommodate my last minute request and was quick to respond. He did such a thorough inspection and then provided me with a full, detailed report on all of his findings, as well as recommendations and prioritizations on how/when to address some issues. He has such a wealth of knowledge from his experiences and taught me a lot even in that short period! Thank you Michael for doing such a great job! I highly recommend him!

It was a snowy day but I needed to get the home inspection done to remove the condition. I called Michael two day before and he still squeezed the inspection in. The owner of the house was was being difficult but he still managed to get the inspection done thoroughly and provided report by the same night. He explained everything clearly to me before we left the location and of course at night I got the report as well. I had a follow up question about a particular item (non urgent) which he may not have gotten to due to being busy, but overall I am satisfied with his inspection and report.

Good job, educative and informative inspection prior to making the offer. Time was well spent to understand what we were buying and options to remedy certain short-comings in this slightly aged property.

The inspection done was exceptional by both of them. Michael not only helped explaining each and every detail but also explained how to fix using simple tools and tricks.

We had hired Michael to do 2 home inspections for us (after being very pleased with his thoroughness the first time). I had called other inspection agencies who only inspected some aspects or had to pay additional for add on services (e.g. inspecting for pest/mould) but Michael provided a full comprehensive and very thorough investigation. Going above and beyond, Michael spent a lot of time educating and explaining aspects that are important to a home (indoor/outdoor), giving up tips on how to fix or maintain things and showing us how to use and maintain some of the hardware that we weren't familiar with. I was very happy with his service and would happily recommend Michael again.

As first-time homebuyers, we wanted to make sure that we had all of our basis covered - so we were on the hunt for a home inspector with lots of experience who could walk us through everything in an extreme amount of detail. - This was Michael.
