Did not enjoy my communication with Mr Michael. Felt demanding regarding payment. Also nothing was found in the inspection.

I don't know who you are, But there was nothing of any significance found. I would say that would be a good thing for you.. My inspections are very thorough. I expect to be paid before releasing the report. Those are the terms that I go by. Inspection gets done then a payment is made then the report is released.. I always call or text the client to let them know that the report has been sent and I welcome a response to review the report. I did not do this inspection. I was in Africa from August 6 till August 26.. and did no inspections prior to that, that had no deficiencies.
