Mark from Ontario Downspout came to fix the aluminum capping around our garage door that was badly damaged. His work including the caulking was meticulous as are his "people skills." I will be hiring him to do our eaves and will recommend him to anyone who is looking to do this type of work. This is a company that I would highly recommend to deal with when you have any eaves or downspout related issues. Absolutely look no further than this company.

Gave a call to the Ontario Downspout Service about the leaking Downspout. Mark arrived the same evening and replaced it , as well as giving suggestion on how to maintain roof clean and did the fix on another dowspout.

We needed to upgrade and reroute the eaves troughs and downspouts on our home. Called Ontario Downspout for disconnect and relocation of downspouts. In doing so, they had to replace the eaves on the lower part of the house. Appointment was arranged to assess work that needed to be done. Within a month, Mark and his associate arrived to do the work. Mark walked me through what they would do before proceeding with the work, completed the work and left everything clean. It was a pleasure dealing with this company. Mark was easy to talk to, professional, and both he and his associate did a wonderful job. I am completely satisfied with the work and highly recommend this company.

Mark and his crew were GREAT! Mark thoroughly explained every aspect of the repairs and replacement needed from our damaged fascia boards, fascia, soffits and eaves. Mark provided recommendations, best options and absolutely no pressure. They took the time needed to complete the job and there were no surprise or hidden costs.
