Had multiple quotes for the work, Marks quote was the only that covered everything. When the work started he kept us informed during the project. We encountered a number of serious problems that were not apparent until old roof was removed, these were dealt with in a very fair and professional manner, by Mark and his team. Ontario Downspout pays excellent attention to the details and we are really pleased with the final product. I have no hesitation recommending Ontario Downspout and have already passed on his details to a work colleague.
