Nu-Life Carpet Care

I had a mess of stains left behind by an exterminator company and Jon from NuLife came to spot clean. He was very professional and knowledgeable about carpet cleaning. He called the next day to enquire about the result after the carpet had dried. Most of the stains are gone but there are a few dark areas yet. I was really impressed with his follow-up and he said he'd return to work on those marks again. I'm really impressed with the service and would totally recommend NuLife Carpet Care!

The excellent customer service began when I phoned to make an appointment. The two men who came to my apartment arrived promptly, and efficiently brought in their equipment. They were courteous and friendly and did a great job.

Jon and Brandon knew the products required for the job. They were very efficient and expert at their jobs. They showed knowledge and expertise. They also laughed at Karl’s jokes. They only Company I want to have clean our carpets.

Had John and Cody from Nu Life Carpets come in and clean the upstairs and basement carpets as well as the stairways. I have a puppy so a few spots on the stairs needed more attention. John and Cody were extremely professional and did the job quickly and thoroughly. I always use Nu Life they provide fantastic service and I highly recommend them.

The guys who came out were on time, thorough, friendly, and skilled. We'd recommend Nu-Life to anyone.

When we called Nu-Life to schedule an appointment for carpet cleaning in our condo Pat took the time to explain what we needed to do in order to prepare for the cleaning and what to expect as far as what needed to be done, how long it would take and what the outcome would be. The technician called about 40 minutes before the scheduled appointment to let us know they were on their way and they arrived before the scheduled appointment time. The technician walked through the rooms and took the time to explain the procedure. They were finished in the time they said it would take and we are extremely pleased at how fantastic our carpets look. The last time we had them steam cleaned was 6 years ago. We were impressed with the professionalism and respect of the technicians.

It has been difficult to find any company willing and able to clean our epoxy flooring.Nu -Life and especially Jon have been a "god send" and we have been pleased with the results.
