He did the sanding and the varnishing of my parents floors in 2012. They did the entire house. We have wood floors on the first and second floor that needed a big refresh. Planchers Locas was able to do a great job. Good value for you money that's what Planchers Locas will give you. They are hard workers and they are good at what they do.
