A slow leak existed in our basement. By the time it was discovered (the leak had developed into a larger one) substantial wall and floor damage had occurred including mold and water damage. Ram and his team not only were efficient, effective and professional but also went above and beyond the work. Helping with providing needed materials to the insurance inspector, also taking pictures. His communication skills were outstanding as was his advice on next steps. This team was really outstanding. At a stressful time you could not ask for better.

I suspected there was mold in the basement, and I was really concerned since we waterproofed it last year.
Ram came with two special cameras and scanned the area and the entire basement. It turned out that it was just something local on the baseboard, but he gave me many useful tips, including on how to prevent this from returning.

Restoration Aid is a specialist contractor (fire, water damage, mold, other calamities) with several crews working at any one time. Nevertheless, owner Ram Gilad is friendly, quick to respond, a good listener, and once a project commences he sticks around until the client is satisfied. We have liked two Restoration crews so far on different home projects - the first a drainage hose leak and subsequent basement mold problem, the second an ongoing roof leak and ceiling issue.

Our Basement was partially flooded due to a broken drainage pipe and also a leaking pipe in the inside of one of our basement walls. We contacted Restoration Aid and within a day, RAM and team were onsite assessing the situation and restoring our basement. With ease and professionalism, Ram's team removed the damaged flooring, dry wall etc., setup a temporary enclosure to contain the damaged area and moisture extraction equipment. The upstairs bathroom toilet tank spontaneously cracked, not only flooding that area but also room below. We called Ram immediately and he appeared shortly after. We knew we were in capable, professional hands. His crew were reliable, clean, punctual, polite, helpful, thorough. Ram was available, and came regularly to inspect. We were very pleased and recommend him highly.

These guys were amazing. Ram responded to our desperate emergency call with the best rate by far, Angel and his helper came right away, and worked hard through the night to dry everything and sanitize it. Left the place spotless. Had to call them back to remove mold and they were fantastic with this too. Reliable, knowledgeable, thorough and well priced. Look no further. We tried another company that was more expensive once earlier, and they weren't half as good or thorough.
