We had a lot of troubles with our air conditioning unit that required Tim to visit us three times. On the third visit we obviously weren't very happy that the problem had not been fixed yet. However, Tim and Candice was so accommodating and quick in responding to our concerns and fixing all the troubles we were having. We couldn't be more pleased with the quick, friendly and responsive service we had with Bootsma.
We will absolutely be recommending their services in the future to our friends and family. Good, honest, professional and accommodating local small business that provide an excellent service.

I shopped around forever and got more than 11 quotes. Tim's quote was extremely competitive and our neighbour had nothing but great things to say about him. Yes, we were very thorough and did our homework well before we committed to hiring him.

Tim was on time for the scheduled appointment, and his staff was incredibly professional. My son has a disability and they were extremely understanding when it came to working around his schedule. The install was done within a day and the unit works great. We are very very pleased with his services and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs quality work done at a competitive price. Great service, very professional, open and honest. Called them when my furnace broke down and it was fixed the same day. They did a full check on the furnace and identified one part that would likely start failing within the next year or two, but didn't push the repair on me, just told me what to look out for. It seems to be failing now so will be calling them again.

Bootsma was recommended by our contractor, Tim came out right away and had a look. He did not try and sell us anything we did not need. They installed the new units (furnace and AC), they were very neat and tidy, and advised us on what they were doing and why. The final bill was what he quoted us originally, I would totally recommend Bootsma!

We recently purchased a new home and were planning on getting it painted. The afternoon before the painters were due to start the furnace motor burnt out, which meant we would have to cancel the painters. We rang around trying to find someone to come around ASAP. Bootsma was the only company we found that could come out that afternoon.

The guy arrived within 2 hours, he was very friendly and helpful. He quickly located the problem, explained the issue and changed out the motor.

My a/c stopped working and I called another company. THEY told me that my a/C was shot and proceeded to try to sell me a $4000 replacement. I was suspicious, the unit was only 8 years old. My dad recommended Bootsma, they came out on the same day , checked the a/c and found that the only thing wrong was a bent fan cover! Sure glad I asked for a second opinion, $160 vs $4000 these guys were fantastic!
