Maple Leaf Garage Doors

Our very old garage door needed replacing. We booked Steve for Wed. morning. He arrived on time, installed it quickly and explained the mechanics. He was very professional and courteous. We would not hesitate to use him again and have already recommended him to a friend.

One of our garage door cables snapped. When I spoke with Steve, he gave me a quote and we booked a time for the next morning.
He showed up on time, replaced both cables, checked the opener operation, lubricated the fittings and explained everything to me.

Called Steve Tuesday and had our new doors installed by dinnertime Friday (2 non-standard size single car doors, uninsulated). He was a pleasure to work with and did a great job. He seemed extremely knowledgeable and efficient. We're very satisfied with the end result.

He was a carpenter previously and I felt he had the background to tackle my problem install. He helped guide me to the best door for my needs and built in the framework for the smaller door and was able to mount a rear mounted opener for my tiny garage in Riverdale. October 19, 2016 Steve arrived punctually with his co-worker Matthew. Upon his review, I did not need a new garage door opener, and he replaced a broken spring with a new (improved) spring. He did a full service and maintenance on the system. Steve saved me several hundred dollars by repairing what was needed. His fee was very very reasonable and I am completely delighted. The garage door now opens better than ever. Thank you Steve your honesty and expertise was very much appreciated.
