Tony provided a very through and detailed home inspection. We felt that nothing was overlooked, and we were shown each and every concern that Tony had with the property, which was also included in our final report. We appreciated that he also gave us cost estimates of potential work, and time frames for each. We would highly recommend Tony to anyone looking for a home inspection.

We needed a home inspection on short notice, and found Tony through reviews online. He was quick to respond to our inquiry and provided a detailed walk through of what his home inspection would cover.

On the day of the inspection, Tony showed up earlier than the scheduled time and was already starting to look at the exterior of the home. After we’d discussed specific areas we wanted him to look at in slightly more detail, he was off to work! I’ve never seen anyone work so quickly and it was a pleasure to watch. Tony genuinely cares about his customers and related things that he found during the inspection in a simple to understand manner. He also constantly related his own home ownership experiences which made it easy to visualize. I was very satisfied with the entire process and having Tony check our home gave us a lot of reassurance.

More then satisfied. Paying attention to the small details. Friendly, knowledgeable have enough tools to assess everything is possible including Thermal camera for example, HD camera assessing roof and again, paying attention to the details, which is important

Tony did two house inspections for me. The first house inspection revealed some serious issues which caused me to walk away from it. He saved me from massive headaches down the road. He was also very flexible with the second inspection as I needed him ASAP in order to finalize a deal. His knowledge and professionalism are truly appreciated by me. I didn't think I would learn much from a house inspection that I did not already know given the fact that I am a pro-sumer, but that said, he taught me many valuable things to look for am I am truly thankful for his help.

I had called a few Home Inspectors for a PDI, while on the phone with Tony he seem more genuine and offer his professional opinions to my specific needs. While doing the PDI he offer sage advice on how to maintain my townhouse tested every outlet, took multiple photos which he emailed to me as well, was pleasant and professional while onsite. Highly recommended and you can not go wrong.
