Thank You Harp! I always try to be as thorough as possible. During that 3-4 Hour period I try to answer as many questions as Possible while explaining everything I see and look for. Details are important whether small or large and it all goes in the Reports afterwards, because I know you won't be able to retain it all at once. None the less Communication is key in helping you make a Wise decision on the biggest purchase of your life especially if you can save a few bucks too. As you can see the Inspection paid for itself and more. Cheers!
