Really happy with all my pieces and Parm was great to deal with. Quality of the furniture was solid and Sunbrella material is a must have for the outdoors. Highly recommended.
Patio furniture covers are now completely disintegrating on multiple pieces
We purchased 25+ pieces less than one year ago and the covers are now completely disintegrating on some of the pieces. I have read on Home Starts that this is a common problem. I am awaiting response from the store ( I believe it's Parm Gill) and I hope my experience will be better than the others I have read on line. The cushions were stored indoors all summer, never got wet/rained on even once and were stored in the basement for the winter.
The attached pics are not snags or tears, the material has completely failed, almost melted.
