Remove asphalt and repave driveway

In Oct Fred said to call the office, I was told the problem would be fixed by Nov 15th, It is now the 23rd, I assumed it would be in 2016. Sept 9th Fred said they would be out soon to repair the driveway, it is now Oct 29th. What good is a guarantee if the company takes your money and doesn't honor the guarantee.
On June 9th I had my driveway repaved. June 20th I sent pictures to Fred, he came to look at it when we were out and said they would repair it when they were in the neighborhood.
July 3rd, still waiting More asphalt is breaking off. August 16th still waiting.

Approximate cost of services:
$6,440.00
What could this company do to improve their services?
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?

The crew were prompt and courteous. They completed the job in 3 hours however there are many stones showing and not level in places. Had someone else look at it and they said the stones would come up in the winter. Don't know if this this true but he didn't make me feel very good. I pick this company because of the ratings on Home Stars.
July 3rd, still waiting for driveway to be repaired. More asphalt is breaking off.

Fred and his crew were prompt and courteous. They completed the job in 3 1/2 hours and kept things clean. Fred was here the whole time to supervise and make sure the job was done to our satisfaction.
