We hired Farzad to complete our basement bathroom renovation and I am so happy we did. From the initial consultation to the finished product, Farzad and his crew were professional, helpful and well-skilled to complete a high quality job. Farzad in particular is very easy to deal with. You can tell that he runs his business with the utmost honesty and integrity, which in the contractor business, is sometimes hard to find. Farzad is also very knowledgeable and offers great advice on design and materials but always trying to accommodate our design wishes as best he can. The crew adapted well when there were some design changes and worked long into the night to get timing back on track. I can say that Farzad is willing to go that extra mile to make sure his clients are happy. For example, my mother-in-law wanted to install a bidet faucet in the bathroom but it required a very unique product to install it (one not common in Canada). Farzad canvassed many of his local suppliers and looked online to find the right piece to fit. It was a difficult task but he was able to resolve. All in all, I am very happy with how the bathroom turned out and would not hesitate to recommend or use his services again. Thanks Farzad.
