Brandon did our service on Friday, April 7th, 2017; we found him to be very courteous, professional, articulate, and respectful of being in our home. He also showed us a picture of our ducts and mentioned that we are probably due to have them cleaned, which we will do in the Fall.

We came home to a cool house, the furnace was off. A call to the after hours contact had a tech here within 45 minutes.

Extremely impressed with the whole process, from Audrey coming to home to provide quotes on furnace and air and taking time to explain everything to me, as well as pointing out a few things that could be a potential problem ongoing ( water heater/ water meter)and how I could rectify. She made me feel like family, to the installation process - indiviudals were very polite, worked quickly yet efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Barry took the time to show me job when finished and asked if I had any questions. As well, Audrey stopped in a few days later to verify work and see if I was happy. I would highly recommend them! Price was reasonable and very happy with overall job.

Faulty heat exchanger on our relatively new furnace. Required extensive work to replace. All covered under warranty. Work was very well done by Craig Hern. Very knowlegable and polite. Explained the process and worked all day to fix the issue. Tidied everything up immaculately. Super service, as always from Roy Inch!

Service expert, Dylan, was at our house within 30 mins of our call. He was very thorough investigating and diagnosing the problem with our furnace. He made a recommendation that made sense and left us with enough knowledge to make an informed decision about our next step. We're very pleased and won't hesitate to call Roy Inch & Sons in the future.

Had Jason Bierworth install a new toilet in our home, he was very professional and did a great job with the install. Treated my home with respect and cleaned up after himself. Jason did a great job.
