Brandon Baldwin is the technician who has serviced my 15 year old furnace and air conditioner. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is prompt, honest, knowledgeable and very experienced. He takes the time to explain everything. He was very patient in answering the questions that I had and you can tell that he loves his job. I now trust them to install a new furnace and air conditioner and to maintain it

Never used Roy Inch before. Very pleased with the quality of the work done to fix my air conditioner drain leakage plus I was extremely pleased with the extra work done to modify previous installation issues done by another contractor. The service person was well trained and very pleasant to deal with.

On the morning of April 10th at 8 a.m. on the dot, Milton and Pete arrived to install the above items. They worked nonstop from the time of their arrival until their departure , which was well after 6.00 p.m. When they were finished with the installation, they removed all debris, packing cases, covers etc., and left everything neat and tidy. Then before leaving, they explained how our new thermostat works. Our experience with John Hoekstra and Milton and Pete has been most pleasant. Friendly and efficient. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. Also answered my questions about the gas fireplace and booked maintenance appointment for me.

Our new furnace and a/c was installed April 10, the install team was well coordinated, quick and done in about six hours on a very messy day. The system was powered up around 3:30 and has been going without problems for almost a month. The new thermostat is easy to use and adds some nice features e.g " away mode".

Later Jordan did our first duct cleaning prompt, polite, clean, efficient, and finished on time.

Krys was punctual, polite and professional. He gave me helpful tips re furnace filter, and logged my upcoming maintenance appointments before he left.
***I DO wish your office would record the fact that I pay my Platinum Plus Agreement monthly. This is the second (or maybe third) occasion when your technician is unaware of that arrangement and prepares a new service agreement for my signature and payment, wasting his time and energy, and causing embarrassment for both of us. PLEASE amend your office records to avoid this (one and only) complaint. Thanks!

Method used to size furnace and air conditioning unit easily explained. Installation techs Colin and Milton very professional and friendly. A last minute plumbing issue was promptly remedied by Jason. Very satisfied with all aspects of job.
