Jason B was the plumber who attended today to make repairs to our Toto toilet. He arrived on time, assessed the problem with our toilet running. He provided some options and completed a major adjustment to the flush valve. He was professional and had the job completed and cleaned up after reading himself. He was easy to deal with. Spoke in laments terms and gave advise for potential futures issues with this brand name toilet. We appreciate him and Roy Inch Service experts and will use them in the future.
