We originally booked Roy Inch to do duct cleaning at our new home. When the two techs Miton and Brandon they saved me money. Honest Knowledgeable Technicians. They could quite easily have just gone ahead with the service. However when we finished the lower level we covered up most of the duct work they needed to access. They said that they would not be able to clean much because of this. Most companies would just go ahead and do the work. I have come to expect this amazing professionalism from all of Roy Inch's people. We still had the filter changed and bought two more spares but I didn't get charged for the call and they even gave a discount on the filters. We are on a service contract with them for our heating and air conditioning so I know that come spring I can expect the same high level of competence and professionalism in their service to us.
