Bella Flooring Plus

Great job on our hardwood floor but having several issues with the ceramic tiles in the kitchen. A few tiles have had to be re-done and a couple more have come loose. Taking a while for them to get someone over to fix the issue. I realize they are busy but I have already paid and expect warranty work to be addressed in a timely manner. Update: We had a lot of the ceramic tiles come off weeks later. None of the tiles were back buttered and the cement board underneath was only screwed down with some screws along the edges. This company uses several sub contractors to do the work. The problem is neither of the 2 different installers who came to my house did anything close to satisfactory work.
