1...Outside Gas Heater: Didn't read instructions and left the plastic film that was wrapped around even on inside-so it burned,(told me to take it off ,but I would have to take it apart again) Had to hire different company. Got upset when I called
2...After cleaning the furnace ,my AC stopped working. While cleaning the furnace he broke a wire...wouldn't answer my call-had to hire different company which actually found the broken wire!
And for all this he asked cash payment
