Guy was the installer and give him a 10/10.
He was extremely considerate of making sure that floors were covered an area was secure.
Paid extreme attention to all details.
Took the time to ask me questions as install was being done. Cleaned up extremely well once you have finished up. End result was unbelievably professional, and very very organized and beautifully done.
I would recommend Dave Ross is an extremely well organized very detailed sales person.
I would recommend Guy as a primary installer for the company. Definitely a perfectionist.

They came on time, their installers were professional and knew what they were doing.
Had a minor cliched (a sales misunderstanding) which was fixed almost immediately.

The designer who came for consultation was knowledgeable and explained the layout, constraints of the space and possible options that were available to us. The installation was scheduled a bit further out than we anticipated, but the installers came on time, no delays or rescheduling, and completed all work very quickly. The results are truly outstanding! The closets exceeded our expectation, the quality of materials and work are exceptional and worth every penny! From Racks to Shelving! From the moment our design consultant Helen arrived for our consultation, she was very attentive to our needs for a walk-in closet. Once she had an idea of what my wife and I wanted, well there was no stopping Helen from there and she to put together a blueprint of the closet that was not just beautiful but functional and it maximized our space by at least 30-40%%! Living in a condo is all about maximizing storage and Closets by Design does just that with style. Of the day of installation, the installer Mitch and his partner were on-time, professional, clean and friendly. Literally the time that we were advised the installation would take, was right on the mark!
