It was a simple job. The sales.person did not measure correctly but the installer was able to get it corrected.

The 2 gentlemen that came to install my closet were great! Very kind, friendly and professional. They did an excellent job. I would give them a paid day off or a raise if they were my employees!

The process was seamless. Really liked the consultant, and the two installers that came by.
Very informative and answered all our questions.
Would recommend the service to friends and family.

Chris consulted with us and created blue prints - visualizing the requirements. She heard us so calmly. She is really great.
I really recommend her.

Then Brendon and Guy executed the blueprint very well. Everything is done with full satisfaction.

We reached out to closets by design since we wanted to get our closets done for our main bedroom. The designer was very professional and provided us the designs and suggestions. Once we signed them, they came home on time, and were so professional in their job. There was a measurement issue with one of the closet doors, but they took it in their stride and cut a new door on the same day and installed it without any delays. The closets are looking so beautiful now.

Installers were professional, respectful, polite and such a joy to work with. They took care with all parts, cleanliness and my specific design. They were so detailed yet the install was done in an earlier timeframe than expected. I couldnt be happier.
The end result looks stunning and I would highly recommend CBD to anyone.

Tegan designed the perfect closet for me with every space being utilized. Guy was the installer and did an amazing job.

The staff member assigned to install the closet is Guy. He is very courteous in his mannerism. He is very knowledgeable in what he was doing. He is very efficient and considerate of our needs. He verified and confirmed our requirements. He made sure that he covered up the area that he needed to walk on and left the place in a bear, tidy and clean state. He worked diligently through the day and finished the job well to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with his performance! I would recommend him to anyone, any time without any hesitation. Love our new closets. Installation team did a fantastic job. Very respectful. Had a few design discrepancies that were quickly and easily managed by their design and operations team. They handled the situation very very well and would highly recommend them in the future. Also, their carpenter did an amazing job :-)
