We are pleased with our new custom closet and I was very impressed with our installer, Guy. He followed all COVID protocols and sanitized all surfaces he touched including the powder room!

Our closet was a bit tricky due to the back wall of the closet not being one flat piece. For some reason the home builder had one wall jut out by about 3 inches so there was no flat surface back wall to use. Our sales rep did a great job measuring the angles as the factory cut it very well- not perfect- but they were dealing with an imperfect wall! The shelves were custom cut to fit around the angle of the wall as seen in the close up photo. We paid extra to have the back of the closet covered which was worth it since the original wall was such a mess. Overall the finished product looks great and is functional for our son and can be adapted as he grows. Thank you!

The installer, Guy, was excellent. All necessary precautions for covid-19 were followed. My storage space has tripled. The unit itself is visually stunning. Some home improvement projects fail to create the additional value that justifies the installation cost. This closet has increased the resale value of my home beyond the cost of the closet itself. Fantastic job.

6) Shiva - We are also deeply thankful and appreciate the great work done by Shiva to design and provide us an estimate for our closet.

Overall we were very happy and delighted to have such a great guy working on our closet. If we do business again with closet and design it will be becoz of people like Guy (Installer) and Shiva(Saleswoman).

Guy the installer was amazing. Very meticulous and detail oriented. He was able to demolish the old closet and build the new one on his own in less than 2 days. Amazing cleanliness and sanitation of all surfaces.

Once my install date was finally rebooked after long delay due to the virus issues..I was extremely happy with the quality and workmanship of the finished product and Mark the installer did an excellent job and was very professional..The room looks great and he even cleaned everything up so I had no mess to worry about ..Thanks

Choice of colors was few choices to choose from but after that and confirming a color, everything went smooth and well specially installation by MARK it was very clean and professional and per size and he went through every closet and explain situation after finishing installation.and i felt drawers were little bit high and MARK changed it and i'm very satisfied and happy with installation and when i mentioned that i had only 3 color standard and everything else was upgrade and i did not want white,maple or off white,and not having a full catalog available.drawer charges are little bit high but all sizes are same price.

Our experience was awesome from the salesperson who came to measure as well as the installer Guy who was so clean and friendly.

The consultants and the installer were very courteous, enthusiastic, skilled and professional. We love the closets and now have to go clothes shopping with all of the extra room!

We were very pleased with the company and the installer. We were well protected during the pandemic situation. We all kept our distance and everything was wiped down after the installation. We are very pleased with the quality of the product.
