Kathy, the installer was excellent and the finished product looks great. However, in my case there was a mix up regarding the installation date and I was being charged a 20% penalty. I was sent an email noting the date but we were away on vacation. The sales person was aware of our absence and she should have passed the information on to the office. The installer showed up on the day we were away and because of this they were going to charge me a 20% penalty. So I would recommend that the customer verbally confirms the agreed upon date. Also, pay close attention to item #5 on the contract.

Because we don't ever want these situations to occur, we typically confirm our installations a minimum of three times - once via the designer, once via a confirmation email, and again just prior to the installation.
