Worst customer service and back-end team
Possibly the worst customer service I have dealt with in my entire life. Do not go with this company under any circumstance. I have purchased a rental home about a month ago and have called multiple times about transfer of ownership of their hot water rental. Their customer service keeps repeating the same thing over and over which is they need to talk to the previous owners. I contacted the previous owners who responded that they have contacted evolve dozens of times and even had their lawyer send a letter before closing but they have not received any paperwork to sign. I have even merged a three way call with the previous home owner and evolve customer service and they assured they would send the paperwork but still nothing. When I call back for updates, they keep repeating the same things like a robot, which is that they need to talk to the previous owners, with no notes taken of all the dozens of previous conversations already had. They will not even attempt to do any further investigation to resolve the issue. I have never had to deal with such incompetence in my entire life. I have a feeling this will go on for another few months. Avoid this company at all costs.
