There was a blockage in our houses main drain, which lead to the basement sink backing up, as well as the laundry machine; it also caused a bad smell to permeate every faucet in the house.
I called Everest Drain & Plumbing at 8:00 and had a plumber knocking at my door at 9:00. Very fast response time, and great service. Dealing with Everest Drain & Plumbing was very quick and easy. They arrived on time, were very friendly and knowledgeable. The major issue was caused by tree roots since the pipe under my house was clay pipe, which caused the line to become clogged. They gave me three options for trying to address the situation, and I didn't feel compelled to choose any of them; they discussed the benefits and disadvantages of each option so that I could make an informed decision.
Due to the size of the project, which they were unable to complete in one night, they only temporarily cleared the line for our convenience, and I scheduled the work for the following day that same evening. The crew arrived the following day at the scheduled hour (and carried out wonderful work). After finishing the work and testing for more than an hour, they showed me how many roots there were and how fully they had removed the line. Even after doing the service, they called the following day to check on the line's condition. Outstanding work and amazing people. Best part: they provide 24-hour service Would book again for future plumbing issues.
