Crew left a dirty window and broken screen after window cleaning

Received a fair priced quote for interior and exterior window cleaning. when the crew left we noticed a basement window that was dirty and our screen was on the floor. We texted Ryan to advise of the issue... no response even after multiple follow ups. They took our $250 cash and ran. We do not recommend this company. Other companies offer comparable quotes who are more responsive and stand by their work.
