Veteran Contractors

We were worried about our grandchildren 's safety, as the stairs that were fine before grandkids (no handrails), were now a concern. Veteran Contractors built the handrails for us, and were fussy about the detail work. Also, we were happy that RJ was a stickler for building it to code, for planned sale of our home in the future. Now when the grandkids are over, we have a great looking set of stairs and no more worries!

Upon deciding to build a deck in our backyard, my boyfriend and I received a couple quotes from various contractors. We weren't exactly liking the prices we received - even though for what we wanted we expected to be paying a little more than the norm - quotes seemed a little unfair.

One day I spotted RJ's truck and the number to Veteran Contractors and gave them a call. We liked RJ from the get-go. He was very thorough in his observations of our backyard when he came to take a look. He offered sound advice and was extremely professional and thorough in his explanations. His pricing was so competitive we didn't want to look else where once we received his quote - and within a week, despite crappy weather conditions, our deck was complete!
RJ and his crew did a great job and our deck is beautiful! We would hire them again in a second.

RJ and his team were excellent. They came highly recommended and I can see why. RJ came out and reviewed my ideas and helped me restructure the plan based in building codes, safety and aesthetics. They pay attention to the details. The end result was fantastic!
What I really appreciated was the unexpected follow up in the spring to make sure the deck survived the first winter...of course it did!

When winter winds blew over several sections of my fence, I went looking for a contractor who could replace the broken sections. The job required removal of old posts as well as drilling new post holes and rebuilding the new sections of fence. Compounding the difficulty was the fact that my neighbour's gardens and mine are fully landscaped, thereby requiring careful manipulation of machinery so as to minimize damage to the existing plantings. Roger and his crew took great pains to make it so. I was very impressed by his professional approach from written appraisal to final cleanup. I would highly recommend Roger and his team for any outdoor project.
