The Cleaning Authority

I would not recommend this company due to its lack of reliability. Twice in several months, they called the night before stating that they could not honour their cleaning appointment. Another time they decided to change the time of the clean without notice. They indicate that they are having a staffing challenge. I wonder about the conditions that the staff face if retention is a problem.
