Castle Kitchen

Ordered high-end very expensive custom countertop for kitchen, laundry room, bathroom installation and got low end highly unprofessional very rude experience; 1) designer disappeared after approval of kitchen cabinet design; selection of countertop took a long time with little discussion and quote wasn't fully approve due to rush to delay. 2) Counterop material was more expensive than necessary for the small laundry space; was not informed I had to purchase the whole slab when I only needed a fraction of the slab - hence overpaid 3) worst icing on the cake - subcontracted installation to Zion Stone who a) left a mess of silicone when installing the sinks and gaps 2) destroyed the new custom kitchen cabinetry with the silicone and scratches from moving the slabs 3) destroyed the laundry room wall because had to remove the ceramic backsplash which was unevenly installed and blamed it on the newly install dry wall, which was in perfectly straight and even as upper cabinet was installed perfectly without issues. 4) crew left trail of mess, destruction as they move through the house with their tools and countertops 5) brought in square cut countertops for oval bathroom sinks - expected a job like this from cheap unqualified unprofessional people - not from a supposedly reputable company - compensated from my owner contractor completing the repairs and redo the silicone sink surrounds; cabinet repairs are useless the scratches will always be visible - Company refused to compensate for the damages for installing and destroying the newly custom made kitchen and laundry room.

We wanted a timeless classic kitchen and that is what was delivered. From beginning to end the experience with the Castle Kitchens team has been great.
What I appreciated most of all was they were true to their word. They delivered exactly what they said and, on the date, they said they would deliver. When we had initially engaged them, we had been burned by another company who could not deliver so I was skeptical.
All the people we encountered at Castle Kitchens were professional and thorough. From our project manager and sales; Grigori, Prince and Gagan to the delivery people to the installers. I cannot say enough words of appreciation to the installers; Arash and Arman. Their work was exceptional. They never hesitated to make an effort to correct even minor things that bothered me. We found this is the first time we have encountered a company who hired quality people from beginning to end. Thank you Thank you Thank you.
I would recommend them in a minute, in fact once my vision for my master bath is realized I plan to trust my dream with them again.

Castle had many suggestions at the planning stage to help create the ideal kitchen and family room for our needs. It was a major renovation involving most of the ground floor and as with any major project, there were "hiccups" along the way but Castle were there to help at every stage. Even an issue that had arisen after completion and Castle had been paid, they were willing to help resolve the matter to our satisfaction.

Working with Jodi Madray has been a real pleasure. Unlike other vendors we briefed, Jodi was a good listener and really took the time to understand our needs. Without hesitation she came to our house to discuss ideas and to help us to optimize the space. She is very intuitive and enjoyed the challenge of creating a functional kitchen for 2 food professionals. She offered creative ideas on materials and finishes. She recommended contractors with whom she has worked. We opted to work with two of them. Jodi holds them to high standards and she briefed them thoroughly. Her staff members were knowledgeable about our project and were always willing to provide advice/ support. Castle Kitchens shares space with Bath Emporium. The staff in this store are very knowledgeable, and welcoming. We are very pleased with our "Dream Kitchen".
Project Scope: Enlarge, reconfigure and renovate kitchen (remove wall), move diningroom to former livingroom space. Replace floor tiling in centre hallway to match that of kitchen.
