I am pretty happy with the work offered by this company. George provided all the information I needed to get peace of mind regarding my property. He gave me a detailed report and went over it with me answering all questions I had. After the inspection, he also sent me lots of collateral material such as another report with many photos he took in the property with recommendations and also more information about my house heating and cooling system.

They completed a report for us to and followed up with two emails of photos and notes of their suggestions. I was satisfied with their service and his manner in explaining important aspects.

Had George come for to do our extensive inspection, George was so knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with..also working with our timeline that was given....undercovered things outside and inside that we never would have thought of...it was large inspection and his cost was very reasonable...look no more... George is definitely the inspector for your home, that comes from someone who had little value for inspectors ..but from the onset with George, starting with our phone conversation, I was impressed and my concerns were eliminated...thank-you george.. excellent job...
