George is an excellent home inspector. He went over several things in the house we are buying and explained what was wrong, his best guess at a solution and his estimate of an approximate cost to fix. Thanks to George we were comfortable enough to give it a shot and buy the house knowing ahead of time what is wrong, what could go wrong as well as what is in good shape and not a concern.
Spent a lot of time with us and answered the many questions we had.
