At first I was pleased with his inspection done by George. However, a year later investigating my house. George missed countless deficiencies with the house. After realizing, George did not go on my roof and did not record the damages to the soffit and eavesdrough damages. Upon knocking down walls in my basement, George did not disclose that there would be something beyond the wall and did not provide any assistance that something could potentially be hidden behind the walls. George was not helpful at all and in turn, my house that was "ready to move in" has been nothing but stressful and pouring money into the defects with the house. I do not recommend this company/service to anyone. Giving a 0 star rating in still too high of a number for recommendation. If I can go into the negatives, such as my bank account, I would rate him at -5. Do not trust this company and you will be shocked at all the defects he will miss during his inspection. All he wanted was his money and to leave the scene. His inspection was done in a mere 1.5 hours. I had another company come by for an inspection very recently, and he spent 4 hours at my house and provided a 110 page report of the issues with my house. Whereas George on the other hand, provided a 20 page report. Do not trust this company. Very, very disappointing work.

Although very much a surprise to read, I thank you for your feedback, although disappointing, regarding your inspection which took place a YEAR ago.
As addressed in your home inspection report the home inspection is not an exhaustive technical evaluation. An evaluation of this nature would cost many times more. Please understand that there are limitations to our inspection such as being able to tell you what’s behind your basement walls. While we can reduce your risk of purchasing a home, we cannot eliminate it or can we assume it. Even the most comprehensive inspection cannot be expected to reveal every condition you may consider significant to ownership.
I was hoping you could reach out to me personally at gmendes_hshi@yahoo.ca regarding the issues you describe in your feedback. I have some questions and concerns I’d like to discuss with you. There are no inspectors that will be able to tell you what is behind your basement walls. We do use thermal imaging and moisture meters. These two tools combined together often reveal issues that are not visible to clients. You talk about your roof and the fact the I did not walk on it to inspect it. I need to get some feedback from you regarding this home so that I can properly address this. I don’t know if it was snow covered, the height of the roof or the slope of the roof.
What puzzles me the most is that I have never received any feedback regarding any such inspection until today. This is something we need in order to properly reply to your concerns.
