George and his team are top notch. Not just a inspector, but trusted advisor. You can tell when it’s not just a job but a passion. This is probably my 4 th inspection with George and I know there will be a fifth. Very honest with his advise and really looking out for a buyers best interest. His advise shaving thousands off my purchase price and after his inspection the seller understood. Very detailed and thorough. Glad I didn’t have any surprises.
