At the beginning of the summer, I moved into my brand new Alquinn home. The entire 6 month building process was extremely smooth and every employee helped to enhance my experience. The sales people were extremely knowledgeable and had no trouble keeping me informed about the progress of my home. A few minor deficiencies were taken care of before we had moved in. A young and growing company will have the growing pains that are stated in the below reviews but it seems that they have worked hard to improve their company. My family and I have never been so happy. Thanks Alquinn!

We have been in our home for a little bit over a year now and recently had our 1 year review come up. The quality of finishes in our home as been good. The tile is larger, good quality hardwood installation, bathroom and lighting fixtures. Some of the install has been a little amateur with the tiles as I am sure it comes from inexperience, but overall we have been happy on that front. Areas of concern with this builder has been their warranty work and concrete. The garage pad that was poured was out over half an inch and has the slope running into our garage, not out. Absolutely no excuse for this, when consulting Alquinn we were told their crew is 6 weeks behind and we will have to wait. We waited weeks for other small deficiencies to be fixed and are still waiting for the concrete. I have felt that as soon as our money was paid, customer service went out the window because "they were busy and understaffed". Maybe hire a few more people? Maybe don't build so many homes so you can take care of your current customers?

For the most part, we are pleased with our home. There were some issues that were caught, and we would have preferred to delay possession until everything was fixed. After possession, it was exhausting trying to get all the deficiencies fixed, although I suspect staffing may have played a part. Alquinn's designer Kim spent a lot of her own time trying to find lights for us, which was so wonderful of her. Krista and Deanna (warranty issues) are very pleasant to deal with. Site Supervisor Craig is a rock star!!!

Building with Alquinn Homes has been a phenomenal experience. The quality of the home has by far exceeded our expectations. Upgrade costs were minimal, as finishing and superior quality products were included in base home price. Floor plan is amazing with great flow, function and no wasted waste. Time line was accurate and there was no unexpected delays. Customer service was great, and communication was appropriate and timely. We love our home and would definitely build with Alquinn again!
