My family bought our house in 2007. The Central Vac system never worked. We had another technician in to diagnose the issue and they thought there was a blockage in the pipes. They told us that it would require at least a day's worth of work and substantial drywall work. We left the issue.

Fast forward almost 10 years later and we had Julian in to get a second opinion this afternoon. In less than 10 minutes he had discovered that the issue was a disconnected pipe, not a blockage.

Not only that, but he discovered that our system which was in our basemeant beside the hot water tank, was not one intended for indoor installation as it would degrade the quality of the air (usually garage installation).

Within 1 hour of walking through the door, he had fully replaced our unit with a top of the line Canadian made model, located and fixed the pipe disconnection with one drywall hole, tested all outlets, and gave us lessons on how to use the brand new hose.

He is simply the best in his field.
