Thanks for the heads up. With regard to our scheduling, we have had a very rainy summer thus far which has resulted in many re-bookings and rescheduling. It has been quite stressful on our end, however, we want to make it up to you as best as possible. I'm sure you are aware of our satisfaction policy-- if you are not 100% satisfied with the work that was completed we will come back and make sure we leave the house spotless. No hassle, no additional fee, no worries.
