I contacted Terry after receiving his information from a real estate agent friend. I wanted to get rid of my rental hot water tank. Alan and Terry explained to me the cost savings of a tankless unit as well as having a furnace run by hot water. There price was very reasonable, quite competitive and they were efficient and professional in their installation. I also had them install an ecobee thermostat I can control through my phone. I have recommended A & T to many friends. They are trustworthy, reliable and friendly.
