Cheaper on Amazon and some of the filters sent to us had water e store boxing and logo

I purchased a hottub from the water store owen sound.
Was very please with the product along with the sales people. The price was very reasonable considering everything has gone up with covid. They even went the extra mile and will deliver to my home which is outside their normally radius.

We recently acquired a property in Midland and did not understand the water system in the dwelling. Although it was not a system installed by his company, Gary came and walked us through all the elements of our system ... explaining what each component did and why and how it performed its role. Then, at our request, he performed an annual maintenance and replacement of the necessary filters and other parts, explaining what he was doing at each juncture. We are very grateful for both the excellent work and an improved understanding of our water system.

I visited their store on Jane Street across from Canada Wonderland, the owner Sami was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He explained what both systems can do and in layman's terms how they worked. There was NO PRESSURE SALE and we took our time, when we were confortable we paid for our order and reserved an installation time. On the weekend the installer came in to install, he was on time, very professional, quick & clean. We were very impressed with the whole experience and would definitely recommend the Water Store to everyone.
