Cleaning was horrible. Dust everywhere. They weren't even there for 5hrs and they were 45 min late getting there. Would never recommend them or use them again. Bad Costumer Service
To add to there response my townhouse is 1394 square feet. And no I did not ask for timed. So stop making excuses and own up to a crappy service

I listened to the original booking and we offered a flat rate package for a move out service which means the cleaners stay as long as necessary to get your rental property in good condition. You decided not to proceed with the flat rate package and opted for a timed service which means the cleaners get as much done as possible in the time allotted. The rental unit was in very poor condition, as mentioned by you, and it was close to 2,000 square feet and could not be cleaned entirely in 5 hours. We have also offered a credit for a future service. The only reason the cleaners were late is because they had a difficult time finding the property.
