Fireplace West

Our gas fire place would not stay on this morning (Dec 30, 2019). With ice rain, snow blowing and all, Robin told us last year when he came over in ice rain, that the cap on the gas fireplace can become blocked and the fireplace shuts off automatically as a safety measure. Same thing happened today. I contacted Robin in hope that he could help us. He directed me over the phone on how to get it staying on. His instructions were clear and simple and now we have fire. " Give a woman a fish and she will cook a meal for a day. Show her how to fish and she will feed the whole family over the holidays" ;) Thank you very much Robin for the excellent service.
