The options that the techs, suggest are the best customer service. The techs look around and make suggestions for you to get the perfect heating and cooling system, or hot water systems as well. Our customers never ever have to choose anything that is suggested......but , instead of just demanding what you have to do in order to be safe, the techs have changed and give suggestions, unless of course everything is absolutely perfect!!!
