May from pop-a-lock went out after hours bc my mom was stuck in the parking lot of a mall with no cell phone after hours. Mom had recently suffered a concussion and my instructions to her when she used the mall phone to call me was she should leave her car in the parking lot and take a cab home since she had lost the only key. Mom was waiting in the car the whole time I assumed she was following my instructions and taking a cab home. When she didn’t arrive home, and in the absence of any way to get in touch with her, Mat went by the mall and searched for her vehicle. Upon finding her, he was able to cut her a new key and even helped her put her address into her GPS to ensure her safe arrival home. He also kept in touch with me providing updates via text.

Our kids arrived home from school to locked doors, the spare key not in its proper place, and the temperature at -14 deg C. They called me, I called Pop-A-Lock....and Tyler from Pop-A-Lock arrived at my house within 20 minutes. Not only did he get my kids in the house, but he fixed a long-standing problem with the dead-bolt, on our front door, for no extra charge.

We got the locks changed for our new house earlier this year - service was fantastic. They were able to accommodate my schedule and actually managed to come sooner than expected - which was great. A little while later I had an issue with my keys getting stuck in the deadbolt. They were on it within the hour. They were able to re-route some calls and make sure that everything was sorted quickly. Totally professional and reliable.

Newly build home and the door lock was sticking to the point that it wouldn't open at all. We have put in a service call under warranty but were told several weeks wait.. But then that's another review haha.
Tyler arrived along with a trainee and worked for almost an hour troubleshooting the issues although he wasn't successful in exactly pinpointing the problem he managed to take off the cover plates and use the locksmith spray on each part and stem which seems to have alleviated the problem for now.

My front door lock set was not working properly and I needed a professional to instal a new lockset. I had purchased a new one at Home Depot and then, on the advice of a friend, called Pop-A-Lock of Halton. They heard my issue and sent me pictures of additional options to consider, just in case. They booked an appointment that worked for my timing with no issue. The techician, Nic, was great: friendly and professional. He arrived on time, did a super job replacing the lock and cleaned up the entire work area. I am very pleased and will definitely call upon them again.

Fast, friendly and efficient. Messaged yesterday to inquire about getting new door levers/locks. Tyler came today and was very helpful in explaining options and prices. I felt really comfortable with him and am very satisfied with Pop-A-Lock's service.

We had Sandi from Pop a lock Halton come out to our house to change the locks and I must tell you.....she was amazing, friendly and totally knowledgable!!! We would certainly connect with this company again, highly recommend!!!!

These guys are beyond professional. I have used them on 2 occasions and have been very pleased both times. They came to my rescue after a very frightening encounter with another locksmith service. I will never use another company. The whole experience was positive end to end. The agent even took the time to make sure I was ok after my poor experience with the other company.

Within one day of contacting Pop-A-Lock we had the locks of our new home rekeyed. Tyler showed up on time and was extremely friendly and efficient. Would use their services again!

Nic was great -- arrived quickly and was very friendly. He got my infant and I back into our house and even replaced part of the lock at no charge. Exceptional service. While I hope this won't happen again, I will definitely call Pop-A-Lock if I ever need an honest locksmith.
