They're staff and management were excellent to work with; all very conscientious, hard working and professional. Communications were also excellent and their rate was much lower than expected.
The only downsides were that ours was the 2nd job of the day and the 1st ran way over so we completely missed the time window for the elevator booking for the condo we were moving too (had to make a few calls to make allowances). The amount of stuff to move was also severely underestimated so an additional person had to be called in.
Apart for the delayed start, everything would have been perfect if they'd sent someone to gauge how much stuff had to be moved for a more accurate quote, staffing and truck size from thee beginning. The 4 hour booking ended up taking 6, with an additional person after the first 2 hours.
Regardless, based on their very high quality of service and professionalism, I would have been happy to pay an appropriately higher rate. I think they would still come in competitively on quotes, if not still one of the lowest.
