Arrived 5 hours late, didn't deliver on the promise and overall bad experience
We hired you move me for our move last week. They arrived 5 hours late. Once the truck was loaded we had already missed our elevator booking for the our new place. They agreed to keep our stuff over night in the truck which we appreciated but had they not been late, we could have slept on our bed with our belongings. The next day they were likely booked and basically just through everything into the house disregarding labels for box placement. On arrival I forgot to mention that they also had promised to bring enough wardrobes for our clothing and wrap all of our larger art pieces neither of which was done. Moving is already stressful and this just made it that much harder. Rick especially was rude - on arrival he demanded that we pay $75 more an hour as they had to bring an extra worker to get the job done faster (reminder they were late!) and when we declined, he stormed out of the house.
