moving packing

Toronto

Although first experience wasn't too pleasant but Mike contacted me after the move and adjusted my total cost based on his original estimates. He also agreed to send a technician to fix my treadmill which stopped working after the move. I am happy with what he has done so far and genuinely believed this company takes each customer's feedback seriously. i would recommend this company to my friends.

moving packing

first of all, the company forget my booking. I booked my packing and booking through the manager Mike. but on the day before my booked packing i sent a message to him to remind him and got his out of office notice. then i called the company to leave a message. next morning i called again and talked to the other partner, he admitted to me that there was a scheduling problem. apparently they didn't book me in the system. until noon they sent 3 guys to start the packing. when i was in upstairs there was a guy just sit on my sofa and making phone calls. they said they would give me 20% discounts before of the scheduling problem. originally Mike estimated 6 house of packing without me doing anything. but even I pre-packed a lot by myself, they still spent more than that. And on the moving day, they sent one truck but couldn't fit all my stuff in one stuck so they had to make two trips. one of the moving guy is new and spent lots of time chitchat. make frequent small trips back and forth to the truck not with both hands full. so it took 4 guys around 10 hours to finish the moving. In the end I paid over $4000 for packing and moving, way above what Mike had estimated. i would not recommend this company to anyone based on my bad experience.
