Highly recommend PMT, they are professional, clean a d do a fantastic job. Not the first time we used them and not the last time.

Used them for the 2nd time. A year ago they cleaned my eavestrough and showed me buckets of debris on those causing cloggage. This time helped us with replacing a new pipe as some truck knocked it over.

They ordered and fitted one matching color to the door, making it look even better than the original one. These guys are awesome with great eyes! Friendly people to work with.

From our first communication enquiring about repair/replacement of eaves troughs, through to the completion of the job, Philip was terrific to deal with. We needed a small portion of our eaves troughs replaced and he was clear about what needed to be done. He didn't try to upsell us. The four person work crew were fast, professional, and as it's currently raining heavily...they solved the problem of the leaking sections. Philip also texted updates on crew arrival (they were stuck in traffic), which we appreciated. Highly recommended!

After reading many reviews, I called PMT for an approximate estimate for eavestrough repairs and an addition.
Philip and crew did a great job and cleanup.
Apparently all my gutters and downspouts where badly clogged.
Probably more work than originally estimated, but he did not change his price.
PMT certainly has earned all these positive reviews!

Fixed a bunch of leaks in my gutters. Others said I needed new gutters but Philip was able to find the weak links and everything is works like new. Saved me a lot of money.

We use PMT every year for their services. They never disappoint. Always on time, friendly, professional and do what they do right.

For many years, we had water damage from water that leaked through our attic. We did roof repairs, replaced shingles and finally installed a top quality metal roof. One of the tradespeople recommended that we contact PMT Home Services, which was brilliant.

We met with Philip, who explained that the roof wasn't the issue; rather, the problem was poor ventilation since the soffits were not vented adequately and the insulation company blocked these vents.

He sent his crew, who were polite, extremely neat and hard working. They answered our questions and did a great job of improving the look of the house as well as substantially improving air flow and ventilation. This will lower our heating and air conditioning costs.

While the work was taking place, Philip called to ask if we had any questions or concerns and after the work was completed, he visited to do a final inspection.

I wish that all construction-related companies and tradespeople were as competent, caring and conscientious.
