I have been dealing with Philip for at least 5 years. He has always done a fantastic job. He is prompt, courteous and he knows his business. He has resolved numerous downspout and eave issues for me both at my home and rental property. His company also cleans the eaves for both my properties every year as well as windows. I am very impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness. I definitely recommend PMT and Phillip.

I emailed Philip Friday evening for an estimate for our eavestrough to be cleaned. He emailed me back with an estimate right away and he was able to clean them Tuesday afternoon. He was prompt, efficient and professional. He honoured his estimate even though the work was more than expected. He took pictures of roof damage and recommended someone to fix it. I would highly recommend and we'll be calling him again for a regular cleaning from now on!

I contacted PMT Home Services to directly connect the downspout from an upper section of roof to a lower eaves. Philip was quick to review my options and provide a quote. Work was done on time and on budget. Would use again in future.

As a first homeowner and first time using HomeStars, I am impressed by the service and quality of workmanship by Philip. My downspout had blown off on Friday and by Monday, it was replaced in a timely and efficient manner. The installation was quick and solid. He even went out of his way to install a joint at the end of the downspout under my deck when there was barely any room under there. We had our kitchen painted yesterday. From the initial quote to the completion of the job, PMT was very professional and did an excellent job. We will use again in the future when we paint the rest of our home. Many companies took quite some time to call us back. PMT returned our calls and provided a quote quickly.

These guys were great and worked efficiently and were able to get me in before winter starts.

Repair was simple enough but too high for me to climb and install new brackets. Our eaves were pulling away from the house. Such a simple repair became difficult to contract out. We contacted Philip at PMT Home Services based on Home Stars references and he was out to repair within a few days. Quick and easy. Philip was professional and easy to connect with. I would recommend to my friends and neighbors.

Phillip diagnosed our eavestrough issue over the phone with pictures and came out promptly to fix. It was done well and at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Phillip and his work.

Philip changed 2 downspouts front and rear on Sept 26th 2016. (Mandatory Downspout Disconnection) Had one small issue and Philip came back and fixed it. Looks like Philip is a man of his word and I would recommend him and his company to others.

Philip and his crew did an amazing job cleaning our windows. We just finished a reno and the windows and screens were an absolute disaster with sawdust from new floors and dust from sanding drywall. In addition to an awesome job cleaning the windows, he delivered on customer service by going that extra mile and repairing a spout on the drain that had fallen off years ago. I "highly" recommend Philip's services.
