I'm very pleased to recommend Hire a Maid of Whitby. They've been cleaning my home for the past 3 years or so and I can't say enough good things about the quality of cleaning and customer service that Ashley and her team provide.
They say the true test of professionalism is how a company handles a situation when something goes wrong. About a year ago, one of the ladies cleaning left a foot long scratch on my glass table. As soon as I called Ashley and team to report it, they came out, took ownership of the incident and worked to find a replacement glass top for the table. within a few weeks they found the replacement top, changed it and took the old one away.
The ladies who come to my house are always very polite and courteous.

Our staff are careful, and we believe this was caused by the cleaning caddy which had a protruding piece of plastic not trimmed off properly in the manufacturing process. In 10 years and 70,000 cleanings, this has never happened before, and to ensure it never happens again, we now check for defects before buying cleaning caddies.
